Rise Bakery (a new Gluten Free bakery business) in Bristol wanted branding and marketing set up for them as a demo before their launch later in the year. I created some logo, text design and basic layout on a website and twitter page; which i’ve now passed over to them to use when they wish!

SENESCENCE

Fictional, Factual Narrative and Experience piece.

SeneScence follows professional swimmer Michelle Fleet on a journey in her mission to gain the qualifying time for the 2012 London Olympic games. We follow Michelle as she battles, not only with herself, but with her aging body which she is forced to accept.

This film is built part of a multi-platform narrative which unravels the mind set and struggles of professional athletes and how to overcome these in order to succeed.

You will be immersed in a sensory installation experience that enhances emotion and movement using stunning visuals and audio effects.

A photobook entitled ‘Michelle’s Last Fleet’ then educates you on Olympic injury alongside documentation of Michelle’s performance after which you will be able to share your stories surrounding aging and sport.

The man who always follows me’ is an interactive installation art piece which is the concluding, reflective segment of a cross media documentary which unfolds the emotions and life of Bobbie Jones, a transgender artist and teacher. For this project i created an installation and interactive piece that sat alongside a film that was made by the video team.

The Cocoon:

The Cocoon is a sound environment which captures the inner thoughts of Bobbie. Recordings constructed from edited interviews allow the participant to be given an insight into her past, escaping her true feelings and the actions she then chose to finally break free and transform.

Interactive Video:

A spacial montaging piece allows the user to interact via a wireless mouse to explore and unfold Bobbie’s artwork, video interview and archive footage from Papau New Guinea where she went to teach art in high schools. Themes allow the footage to co-exist and complement aside each other using roll over.

A modern fantasy drama follows Twenty four year old Eve Foster as she regresses to the mind of a nine year old due to being hit in a mild car accident. In a hazy tired state Eve gets transported via the tune of an ice cream van to a fantastical forest and her memories of the accident begin to return.
